CLARA MOJITO
The ultimate clean and refreshing long serve, this classic minty highball is perfect for those endless summer evenings.
50ml Aluna Clara Rum
15ml Agave syrup (or simple syrup / sugar)
100ml Soda water
Mint leaves
Lime wedges
In a highball glass, muddle lime wedges and some mint leaves with the agave syrup in the bottom of the glass. Add rum and half the crushed ice and churn. Add the soda, stir and top with the rest of the ice. Garnish with mint and lime and serve with a straw.
