Fresh, long and clean, this palate cleansing serve is a great alternative to a vodka tonic.

50ml Aluna Clara White Rum

50ml Soda water

15ml Agave syrup (or simple syrup)

10ml Lime juice

Build all ingredients over ice in a highball glass and stir.  Garnish with a lemon and cherry skewer
